He was the founder of one of the largest privately held Mortgage Brokerage/Real Estate companies in the Nation Directlender.com/Synergy Real Estate. He is or has been licensed as a Real Estate Broker and or Mortgage Broker in more states than we will bother you with, something like 35 the last time we counted. Aaron has dedicated his life to the service of others. He currently sits on the board of Directors of half dozen or so local and national charities. He has served as President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (OC), Loss Mitigation Association, and has been an active member of dozens of other industry related associations. |

Debbie Cuha – Chief Financial Officer
As CFO Debbie ensures that corporate all finance concerns are handled properly. In the last 12 years she has worked in every aspect of Mortgage Banking, Real Estate, and Custom Home Design. She is currently tasked with maintaining Corporate Compliance on a State and National Level. No task is too small or unimportant. She does it all from Processing loans to transaction coordinating. She is co-founder of the Center for Global Change and has dedicated most of her free time to several children organizations. |
